Can I use my gift card more than once?

Yes, you can use your card as many times as you wish up the full balance on the card.

Can I reload/top up the card?

No, you can only load money on the card at time of purchase.

What happens if I lose the card?

Your card is like cash and you must treat it like cash, if you lose the card your have lost the value on it.

Can a retailer refuse to accept the card?

When does my card expire?

Your card expires at the end of the month displayed on the front of the card, i.e. if the card says “valid thru 06/10”, then the card expires at the end of June 2010.

Can I reclaim any funds when the card expires?

You can reclaim any unspent funds from your gift card by writing to us with 90 days of the expiry date on your card. We will send you a cheque for the funds remaining on your card less an administration fee of €8/£6.

Is the card a credit card?

No. your gift card is a prepaid debit card, issued under licence from MasterCard. That is, there is no credit available and it can only be spent up to the amount loaded onto it at the time of purchase.

No, It cannot be used in ATMs and there is no cash back facility.

Why did I have to give my name and address details when I purchased the card?

Current Financial Services Authority(UK) regulations require that the name and address details must be collected for orders in excess of €125/£100 and that, for orders in excess of €650/£500, official photo identification, such as a drivers license or passport, must be presented at time of purchase.
